Location of Theme (THMX) Files
You’ve already seen how themes are constructed in SharePoint 2010 sites. Now it’s time to look closer at how themes work in SharePoint 2010 by actually browsing to theme and themable CSS locations.
Themes are made available to sites and site collections via the Theme Gallery, which is provisioned at the root site of each site collection. To access the Theme Gallery, as shown in Figure 18.6, perform the following steps:
1. Open your browser and navigate to the root site of your site collection.
2. Click Site Actions and then click Site Settings.
3. On the Site Settings page, under Galleries, click Themes.
