Chapter 11. Client Connectivity

In a Small Business Server network environment, the Microsoft Exchange Server is the central repository for all company email, contacts, and calendar information. But the employees needing access to that information don’t interact directly with the Exchange server itself. Rather, they use various clients that communicate with the Exchange server on their behalf, similar to the way a web browser interacts with data stored on a web server.
