PowerShell Console

The means for accessing PowerShell varies depending on the operating system that you are running. For older operating systems, you can access PowerShell directly from the Start menu, by opening All Programs, and choosing Windows PowerShell 2.0, then finally Windows PowerShell. For newer versions of the operating system (such as Windows 7), you can find the Windows PowerShell folder under the Accessories folder in the Start menu. You can also simply type PowerShell in search box available in the newer operating systems to quickly find the Windows PowerShell application.
