The second design point is for a medium enterprise consisting of the following:
• 2,000 users
• 500 servers
For illustration and sizing, the number of incidents, change requests, and concurrent consoles at each location are listed in Table 14.7. Because these are the primary metrics and loading that determine database sizing, it is important to have some sense of the workload.
