Organize and arrange content

Word provides many tools for organizing and arranging the content of a document. For example, you can use outlining tools to display the hierarchy of content within a document, and you can rearrange content in the Navigation pane and in Outline view. Word also has positioning and alignment tools that you can use to precisely position objects and control their alignment and stacking order.
