Essentials of Networking

A PC technician is sometimes called upon to be a network guru, answering connectivity questions and making recommendations on the best price/performance considerations for homes and businesses. This happens frequently, especially in smaller companies that can’t afford to hire multiple people to support both the network and the PCs.
