I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
In today’s world, most of the organizations on SAP ERP have already adopted SAP Business Warehouse (BW) for their warehousing and analytics solution in some shape or form. SAP BW has been a wonderful solution for more than two decades because it solves analytics, ETL, and planning needs and seamlessly integrates with SAP ERP solutions (namely ECC). But with the evolution of cloud-based solutions over the past few years, organizations are being forced to relook at their analytics landscape.
Reasons for a Modernization Mindset
There are several reasons for this. Mainly, the landscape components are very old, and no new innovations are planned by SAP in the on-premise products. To remain up-to-date, migration is needed.
