Grafana is a popular open source time-series data query, visualization, and alerting tool which was developed by Torkel Ödegaard in 2014. It has a data source model which is highly pluggable and supports multiple time-series–based data sources like Prometheus, InfluxDB, and OpenTSDB as well as SQL databases like MySQL and Postgres.
