As the years go by, we encounter more and more teams where people in all roles, not only the testers, engage in testing activities. At the same time, we’ve found that as testers, we need to broaden and deepen our range of skills in order to help our teams deliver the value our customers require.
In Part II, we’ll explore team roles and competencies related to testing and quality, along with the types of skills needed to create high-quality software, from both a “thinking” perspective and a “technical” perspective.
