I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

How do you become an expert? The answer is the same in all the fields I've seen:
Learn the basics.
Study the same material again—but this time, concentrate on the details you didn't realize were important the first time around.
If you pick the right details and master them so thoroughly that you no longer have to think about them, you will be much closer to being an expert. However, until you've become an expert, how do you know which details to pick? You'll learn a lot faster, and enjoy it more, if someone who's already been there picks the right details for you.
