So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Another important difference among cultures is that each has its own standard of work ethics.
People from Latin American countries such as El Salvador and Costa Rica are ingrained with the belief that family comes first: they consider it normal and important to spend weekend time with family members at parties or other get-togethers.
