The Daily Melting Pot Meeting
The single most effective action I’ve witnessed for managing a multicultural workforce is holding a daily meeting.
“Daily meeting!?,” you may think. “Everyone hates meetings.”
But hold on. This is a different kind of meeting from any you’re likely to have attended.
