Chapter 4. Views and Navigation
InDesign includes a number of nifty, efficient and innovative navigation tools that make it unnecessary to use those clunky scroll bars to move within your documents.
Document Window Navigation
InDesign displays the current page magnification in the lower-left corner of your document window (see Figure 4-1). You can select from any of the preset magnification levels (in the popup menu next to the magnification setting), which range from five percent to 4000 percent. You can also enter a magnification value other than the presets (press Command-Option-5/Ctrl-Alt-5 to jump to that field), then press the Enter or Return key for your value to be accepted.
