Reading a Message

Every email account consists of multiple folders, as shown in Figure 33-1:

• Inbox Contains new messages

• Drafts Contains outgoing messages until you're ready to send them

• Sent Mail Contains copies of messages you've sent

• Trash Contains deleted messages that you can still read and retrieve if necessary, until you empty your trash

To read individual messages, you need to choose the email account, the folder, and the specific message that you want to read.
