Adding Pictures to the Photos App
The Photos app is the repository for pictures on your Surface device, in the cloud, and on other computers on your network. Before you can view pictures in the Photos app, you’ll need to add pictures to the Pictures library on your device, add one or more cloud services, or add a connection to other computers on your network.
