Whether you’re completely new to computers or just new to Windows 8 or 8.1, there are some basic operations you need to master. On any PC, you can operate Windows with your keyboard or mouse (or, on a notebook PC, your touchpad). On a touchscreen PC, you can also use touch gestures for many operations. Choose whichever approach is more comfortable and convenient for you.
