Appendix 17 Ownership Reports
All radio and television stations and all companies or other entities that have an “attributable interest” in a broadcasting station must file periodic ownership reports with the FCC on Form 323. Noncommercial stations file on Form 323-E. See Chapter 4 for a discussion of what constitutes an attributable interest. Biennial ownership reports are required for every station every two years, and non-biennial reports must be filed following a license assignment or change in control.
Who Must File?
