15.10. Process flow diagram (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams

15.10.1. Definition of PFD
A process flow diagram (Figure 15.1) mainly defines:
1. A schematic representation of the sequence of all relevant operations taking place during a process and includes information considered desirable for analysis.
