Collaboration, integration and interaction are the keystones for survival or expansion of e-reserve service

In the face of constant new developments in the technological environment, the best strategy for e-reserve service is to embrace change, look for opportunities to collaborate with other teaching and learning partners inside and outside the institution, and integrate with other campus services to provide the holistic education experience that the new generation of users demand.
