Stakeholder relationship management is one of the three core skills assessed for Expert BA. You will be aware that there is a whole host of people who have an interest in your project, including perhaps many outside your own organisation. Some may be initially for it, but you can be sure that for any change initiative there will be an array of people who would prefer things to remain as they are and so will be resistant to you and your project.
