Chapter 7 GroupWise Utilities and Diagnostics
Even though this is the seventh chapter of the book, there are still quite a few GroupWise administration tools that need to be introduced. This chapter discusses the GroupWise Utilities menu and the functionality it presents. This chapter also discusses the GroupWise diagnostics.
The GroupWise Utilities Menu
Much of the work performed in administering the GroupWise system is done from the GroupWise Utilities menu, shown in Figure 7.1. On this menu are the tools used to maintain and repair libraries and user mailboxes, set global defaults for users’ GroupWise client preferences, define links between GroupWise servers, and more.
