You can create contacts either from scratch, entering data in a contact record manually, or by importing data from electronic files. In this section, we'll look at each method in turn.
If you have a contact's information on a physical business card or a piece of paper rather than in an electronic file, create a contact record from scratch. Figure 25–1 shows you how to start creating a contact.
