Scheduling an Appointment

You can quickly create appointments in any Calendar view. You also have different options for creating appoints; two possibilities are using the New Appointment command on the Ribbon’s Home tab and double-clicking on a specific day and time in the Reading Pane. Either option opens the Appointment dialog box, shown in Figure 24.5.
