Chapter 6. Large DCC Network Design

From an ONS management perspective, there are essentially two types of traffic flows: one that is among the NEs and one that is between an NE and OSS. Figure 6-1 shows a simplified view of these two types of traffic flows. The first type is completely DCC-based, and the second type is generally a combination of DCC- and LAN-based.
