I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Deploying the C++ Application
In order to build the C++ ATM application, you will need to do the following:
- Open Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt and navigate to the
CoherentBank\cppdirectory. This will ensure that all environment variables necessary to run Microsoft C++ compiler are properly configured. - Build the ATM application:
> buildThis should compile and link the application and copy the executable and necessary configuration files into the
distsubdirectory. - Navigate to the
distsubdirectory. - Run the application with no arguments:
> atmThis should print out usage instructions:
Usage: atm <deposit|withdraw> <account number> <amount> <currency code>
