This lists datafile information taken from the control file.

Fields

The most relevant view fields are as follows:

FILE#: The file identification number
NAME: The filename
CREATION_TIME: The timestamp of file creation
TS#: The tablespace identification number
STATUS: The datafile status; can be OFFLINE, ONLINE, SYSTEM, RECOVER, or SYSOFF
ENABLED: This describes if the file is accessible; the possible values are DISABLED, READ ONLY, READ WRITE, or UNKNOWN
BYTES: The datafile size in bytes
BLOCKS: The datafile size in database blocks
