The Oracle WebLogic Server configuration wizard permits configuring a listening address as well as SSL and non-SSL port numbers for each server instance in a domain. Even when administrators do not specify listen addresses, WebLogic Server instances will, by default, accept incoming requests through all configured network interfaces in the host where they reside, including the loopback interface and using the localhost string.
