29. Internet Applications
OS X includes four applications for interacting with the Internet:
• Mail enables you to exchange email messages, create to-do lists, and subscribe to RSS feeds.
• Messages (formerly iChat) enables you to exchange instant messages and conduct audio or video conferences with OS X, iOS, AIM, Google Talk, Jabber, and Yahoo! users.
• FaceTime enables you to conduct video phone calls with OS X Lion and Mountain Lion users, as well as some iPhone and iPad users.
• Safari enables you to browse websites, download files from FTP sites, and save Web pages to read later.
