So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Several years ago, I was traveling for work and purchased a new notebook
computer.That night I sat in my hotel room, installed Windows, and set a
very strong administrator password. I then created a power user account that I
could use daily. While traveling again about a year later, I happened to be in
that very same city and at the very same hotel. I had a problem with my
