McKinsey 7S framework developed by Tom Peters and Robert Waterman also helps the organization to improve performance. The framework also helps the organization to examine the effect of future changes for mergers and acquisitions or any other changes per se. The central focus of the model is shared values. With shared values, organizations can achieve business excellence, i.e., improvement of overall performance.
