The three operators starting with a plus character, that is, +&, +|, and +^, are bitwise operators that perform the AND, OR, and XOR operations over the operands. The operands must be convertible to:
say 1024 +| 512; # 1536say 512 +| 512; # 512say 1024 +& 512; # 0say 512 +& 512; # 512say 1024 +^ 512; # 1536say 512 +^ 512; # 0
The bitwise operations are performed independently over corresponding bits of the operands.
If the operands are not integer values, then they will be converted to integers by calling the .Numeric.Int methods on it.
