2What is Creativity?
Creativity is what makes us human. Creating things is a natural impulse for most people, whether they express their creativity by designing clothing, cooking, or decorating, or as part of their career path. Our jobs—and most of what we do, in fact—involve some degree of creativity. It may be expressed in something as simple as problem solving or finding creative solutions to management problems. Even if you do not consider your job creative, there is a good chance that at least some of your responsibilities are creative.
