I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Artist
Jan Murphy was born in Palo Alto, California, the heart of the innovative Silicon Valley. She now lives in nearby Menlo Park with her photographer husband, Ed, whose photographs are great reference material for her. Raised by an award-winning architect dad and an interior-designer mom, Jan spent a childhood awash with creativity and inspiration. She is one of the lucky ones who has always known that her path would be in art and credits her parents with creating an environment that fostered exploration in the arts.
