I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Trees
When painting trees, you will never run out of inspiration, whatever the season. Trees are constantly changing both in color and shape. Autumn is a wonderful time of year to paint trees, as the colors are absolutely staggering. Capturing the intense colors in autumn can be quite a challenge for any artist, but pastels are easy to blend, fluid, and forgiving, making them an ideal medium for painting trees in fall colors.
