It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Financial Logic with Power BI
In this chapter, we will cover the different calculation options available for realizing financial logic with practical examples. After we have introduced the two main options directly available in Power BI—calculated columns and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/) calculations—we will cover typical practical use cases and examples.
