Chapter 12. Making Global Changes
This chapter shows you how to quickly format an entire presentation—without having to change each slide.
You make some global changes, such as replacing fonts and changing colors or backgrounds, with commands on the Format menu.
You can make other changes, such as formatting slide titles and adding logos or page numbers, by editing the Slide Master. The Slide Master contains default formatting as well as any background items you want repeated on each slide. Figures 12.1 and 12.2 show a slide before and after modifying the Slide Master. While these figures show just one slide, bear in mind that all slides would be formatted similarly.
