Working with PowerShell 7 and Windows
Welcome to the final section of the book, where over the next four chapters we’ll look at using PowerShell 7 in different environments. In this chapter, we’ll be looking at the peculiarities of Windows-based systems, and the various workarounds that exist to allow us to use PowerShell 7 effectively. We’ll also look at when we absolutely need to use native Windows PowerShell instead. It’s important to remember that PowerShell 7 is an open source product and is subject to fast-paced change.
