Summary

In this chapter, we looked at various complex scenarios to see how new site migrations and validations are performed. We also looked at the concepts of multi-vendor configurations, creating templates, and generating configs for devices, and also IPv4 to IPv6 migration techniques.

We focused on specialized extraction of particular data, such as an IP addresses, validations of that data, and conditions of failure or acceptance of the data. Additionally, site rollouts and BYOD strategies were discussed, along with best practices such as t-shirt size and validations of BYOD conditions. 

In the next chapter, we will go deeper and introduce the web-enabled framework. This will help us create our own APIs and create browser-based Python ...
