PRINCE2 Agile is an adaptive governance method for project delivery which combines senior management’s ongoing need for business-value confirmation and due diligence with the empowerment and flexibility that the project team needs to deliver the required outcomes.22 It is the first extension module to the PRINCE2 method.23
PRINCE2 Agile combines PRINCE2 and Agile methods in a way that both
- maintains the integrity of the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes, roles, and project artifacts described in Chapter 1: Overview of PRINCE2 and
