So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In den vergangenen Kapiteln habe ich immer wieder auf dieses Thema verwiesen. Endlich ist es so weit, es geht um Sicherheit. Das ist ein besonders wichtiges Thema, gerade wenn Sie Ihr NAS nicht alleine nutzen, und vor allem dann, wenn Sie Ihr NAS aus dem Internet erreichen können.
Das Thema Sicherheit zieht sich durch alle Ebenen, und obwohl es so wichtig ist, ist es im Buch doch etwas weiter hinten angesiedelt, da Sie sich zuerst mit der grundlegenden Bedienung und dem zentralen Feature Ihres NAS, der Datenverwaltung, vertraut machen sollten. Es kann durchaus sein, dass Sie noch nicht mit allen Methoden und Konzepten, die ich Ihnen hier vorstelle, etwas anfangen können und während oder nach dem Lesen anderer Kapitel ...
