Writing the Application with jQuery Mobile, Part I
Here we are, Chapter 3, and guess what? The preliminaries are out of the way, the setup is done, and now it’s time to jump into some real code!
There are a myriad of ways you can approach writing an application, be it mobile or otherwise, and likely each of them is valid in some way. The approach I typically take is to create the user interface first, minus functionality. I do this because I’m a bit more of a visual person when it comes to fleshing out an application. That is, I prefer to see what the user will see first, ensure that it all “flows” when I pretend to use it, and then I “back fill” the implementation details.
