In this appendix, the equations for all models presented in Chapter 5, Chapter 6, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 10, Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 and solved with ICAS-MoT are given in the form used in this software. To use ICAS-MoT, simply copy and save the model equations as a txt-file and then insert the equations into ICAS-MoT through the “import” option. Alternatively, the interested reader can use the listed model equations to create their own model object. The equations, in most cases, are already arranged in the lower tridiagonal form.
