In Chapter 8, we have examined how the program is organised to be able to deliver value to the business and gain support for its deployment. In Chapter 9, I will describe in detail how to manage projects and other actions from a program point of view, including how to create synergy in the program and manage the program’s different stakeholders and how to transition and close components.
