I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Application Domains
Application domains have previously been described as subprocesses within a process. Processes are the unit of fault tolerance within an operating system. If one process behaves erroneously, such as by trying to access the memory of another process's address space, then the operating system will terminate the erroneous process but leave all other processes unaffected. However, processes are often expensive in terms of resource usage, because the operating system must continually monitor processes.
