So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the challenges of any process-focused management methodology is the tendency for managers to struggle with the large number of supporting processes. As an example, the PMBOK includes 49 such processes supporting the management of projects. One way to gain comfort with using a process framework is to seek to distill the processes into its essential underlying principles.
