At this point, you should feel pretty comfortable with your understanding of the basic mechanics of project management, so let’s talk a little bit about how to leverage the checklists you find at the end of Chapters 2–6. You can certainly use these checklists as they stand today to guide your work, but don’t stop there! I’ll give you some ideas on how to augment the content of the checklists to further improve your overall effectiveness, and we’ll discuss some tips and tricks for managing multiple projects using these checklists.
