Now practice the plan phase activities you have just learned. Again, you can take maximum advantage of this book by using your own project as a reference point. In the following exercises, use the forms provided to plan your own project.

Exercise 3.1. Finalizing objectives.

Before you begin, take a look at the business and learning objectives you created for your own project in the practice exercises in chapter 2. Consider the following questions:

Q:Are these objectives still accurate? Are the measurements meaningful and possible?
A:If yes, great! You are in good shape. Remember, the objectives are your contract with your customer.

If no, get sign-off from your customer on the new objectives before proceeding.
