William S. “Bill” Ruggles is the Chief Operating Officer of Ruggles (aka Ruggles & Ruggles, LLC), a niche management consulting firm based in the New York City Metro Area. He is an internationally recognized expert in managing projects, programs, and portfolios and leading performance improvement teams with over 30 years of experience.
