Epilogue

We have now come to the end of the “Authoring Phase” of the latest addition to the “Little Big Book Series” (inaugurated by co-author H. James Harrington several years ago): Project Management for Performance Improvement Teams (PM4PITs). The manuscript files—both text and figures—were uploaded to the designated Dropbox and passed through the hands of the Executive Editor’s assistant. As they’ve done so many times before, the publisher’s editorial staff worked their magic to transform our raw, nonfiction wordage into a refined, practical, softcover book.
