Applying the Methodology
While the standard methodology presented in Part 2 is used to manage each project, the manner in which it is implemented varies with the type of project. For example, the start-up actions of projects vary widely with the type of project. Therefore, Part 3 includes eight scenarios that in total are intended to be a complete set of the major types of projects. Each scenario represents a variation in the implementation of the methodology.
